HOW TO SEARCH PRODUCTS?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details. Alternatively, you can find products by clicking on different categories.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Yes, we ship internationally.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It’s a multi-step process that’s as follows: After checkout and payment, it takes us 2-5 business days to process your order and fulfill packaging. After your package leaves the facility, it takes roughly 7-10 business days until it’s delivered to your shipping address!

HOW SECURE TO SHOP WITH US?

You’re covered – Our store is Certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. When you checkout via Secure Checkout, you do not expose bank details or card numbers. It’s an added layer of protection for your financial information.

WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS AFTER ORDERING?

You will receive a receipt delivered to your email account. When your order ships, a delivery date is determined from tracking number. Please expect a confirmation email with your tracking number within 2-5 business days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All domestic orders are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Your order will typically be sent out within 2-3 days, and then you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. International orders are sent USPS First Class International (via Globegistics) and delivery times vary by country. Tracking is available for many, but not all countries. You are responsible for any possible customs/import fees.
